Product Use & Responsibility

Products developed by Thought Protocol LLC (including radx.io the codable math game®) are designed for educational and recreational use. While care is taken to ensure quality and clarity, users are responsible for:

  • Appropriate supervision of minors
  • Safe and intended use of physical components
  • Understanding that outcomes and learning results may vary by individual

Thought Protocol is not responsible for misuse, damage, or unintended consequences resulting from product use. Games containing small parts are considered to be choking hazards.

Warranty & Replacement

Thought Protocol games, including radx.io the codable math game,® are backed by a limited manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. If a product is found to be defective within 30 days of the original purchase date, Thought Protocol may, at its discretion, provide a replacement or replacement components. If a component becomes lost or damaged after the initial warranty period, replacement parts may be available for a small fee to cover materials, shipping, and handling. Typical replacement costs range from $5–$20 USD, depending on the item and destination. At this time, replacement shipments are limited to the United States. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or modification, or cosmetic wear that does not affect gameplay. Pay special notice to the fact that 3D printed PLA parts (and plastic parts in general) are prone to warping at elevated temperatures.
